We are a close-knit team of architects. We’ve been designing buildings and interiors for over twenty years: schools, kindergartens, nurseries, multi-family buildings, single-family buildings, as well as hotels and industrial facilities. We work with a trusted and experienced team of engineers.
We believe that architecture can’t be only an expression of individual visions or a response to current aesthetic trends. We ensure that the spaces we design are, above all, good places to live.
We are not afraid of difficult and unusual projects – new challenges allow us to go beyond the usual patterns and develop creativity. Over the last few years, we have specialized in designing educational spaces – over 1000 children are already developing in the institutions we have worked on. At the same time, we care about contact with art, which we realize, among other things, by arranging exhibitions. We’ve had the pleasure of cooperating with such institutions as the National Museum, Nomus branch, the Gdańsk City Gallery and the Museum of the City of Gdańsk.
At the conceptual stage, we like to draw by hand, but we prepare the documentation using specialized BIM (Building Information Modeling) software. With the programs, design and cross-discipline coordination are more precise and faster. We work on 3D models at all stages of design.
Building design is a process in which thousands of decisions have to be made – from the shape of the body to the choice of materials and technologies. We help investors make informed and responsible decisions. We make sure that each decision is in accordance with the law, the principles of spatial order and the principles of building physics.
We ensure that our projects respond to the needs of the Investor and users on many levels: economic, aesthetic, social, ecological. This difficult task still gives us pleasure and motivates us to develop. We make sure that the buildings and spaces we design serve well the people who will live, work and spend time in them.
Regardless of the scale and complexity of the project, each project in our studio follows a consistent process. Thanks to proper project management and automation of some repetitive processes, we can devote more time and attention to what is most important and pleasant for us at work: creation.
