Based on Article. 13 section 1 of Resolution of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 from April 27th, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data I inform you that:

1. The Administrator of your personal data is Alicja Wódecka Pracownia Architektoniczna, Grażyny 5, 80-438 in Gdańsk, NIP 584-243-66-05, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The Administrator carries out the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data inspector at the Administrator is Alicja Wódecka, email a.wodecka@awarchitekci.pl.

3. Your data will be processed for the purpose of: submitting an offer for design work, consulting, performing design services. Your data may be disclosed to subcontractors and cooperating companies for the purposes of providing design documentation and office services (accounting).

4. The basis for the processing of your personal data is the provision of architectural design services.

5. Provision of data is necessary to conclude a contract, failing which it is impossible to conclude a contract.

6. You have the right to:
a. request the Administrator to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data;
b. to object to such processing;
c. to data portability;
d. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
e. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

8. Your personal data will be retained for no longer than is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the period of limitation of possible claims.
