We accompany Investors at all stages of the process: from assistance in finding the right plot or building, through design, obtaining the required documents and decisions, to obtaining a building permit. We also provide author's supervision and support during the acceptance of buildings. We know that contact with offices can be a challenge, which is why we can represent the Investor on the basis of a power of attorney.

The cost of the project
We take care
of Investors budget
as if it were our own.
The cost of the documentation depends on the complexity of the project, the number of required arrangements, the number of specialists involved and the level of involvement of the Investor (e.g. applying for connection conditions on their own, etc.). We do not price documentation based on the number of square meters designed, but on the amount of work and time that a given topic requires.

Respecting the time of the Investor and our team, before the first meeting, we ask You to send us materials about the planned investment to prepare for the conversation.

At the meeting, we discuss the exact scope of our work and the elements that will require the Investor's input. If we need additional information, we will send You a list of questions after the meeting.

On this basis, we prepare an offer for a multi-discipline project, including:
division the project into phases
the scope of work on the part of our studio and on the side of the Investor
deadlines for the preparation of individual stages of documentation
estimated schedule of the design process taking into account the design time and formal matters
Cost of all works divided into stages
We involve the Investor in the design process to the extent that it is necessary and desirable. We consult all decisions and present them for approval. If we propose several solutions, we clearly present their advantages and disadvantages and recommend the best option.
