A project of the reconstruction and rebuilding of an existing office building from the 1960s made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The reconstruction was demanding due to the condition of the building and the existing structural divisions. The design itself was preceded by meticulous expert opinions determining the condition of the structural elements.
