The childrens rooms are arranged in an eastsouthwest curve and mutually shifted to bring in the morning and afternoon sunshine in all seasons. Each room has glazing on three sides of the world, which allows for good lighting of the rooms even on cloudy days.

All childrens rooms are located on the ground floor. Each room has its own southfacing terrace, sheltered from the other wards, from which you can access the southfacing communal garden. Directly from the dining room you can access the terrace and playgrounds on the north side. Each room provides a view of the communal garden and through the glazing in the hall to the playgrounds in the north of the building. The sight of children playing outside encourages others to go out into the fresh air.

Corridors, which are covered several times a day, are as important as the classrooms. Communication in the kindergarten runs along an arched wall with high windows, which allow diffused light from the northeast side and from skylights. In the corridor under the ceiling, you can hang slightly moving wind sculptures. The airflow in the corridors from ventilation and running children will arouse a play of shadows, lights and reflections.
