The interiors and technology of the restaurant serving long–roasted and smoked meat. The interior was to resemble a workshop/shed. To divide the space into more intimate zones, we designed vertical cages filled with wood. To avoid the effect of a newly renovated premises, we used recycled building materials (e.g. sheet metal for the bar) and materials hunted down at online auctions (e.g. funnels for the chandelier above the main table). We planned various places to sit: from a counter with bar stools, through four–person boxes, to a large common round table, which became the central point of the restaurant.
