The house is built on a plot with a large difference in terrain, with a slope towards the north. On the plot on the south side, on the upper level, there is a neighboring residential house that shades a large part of the area. For the best possible lighting of the rooms, the building was located close to the northern border of the plot so as to obtain as much space as possible on the plot on the south side. The living area has been designed with double height, which allows for better lighting and sunlight in the space. In addition, a high window on the north side was used, which provides diffused light and a view of a small birch forest.
