The task included planning 20 holiday cottages and a training and conference building on a large plot of land. The plot is very forested and one of the main assumptions was minimal interference with existing trees.  The plot has been divided into three zones: a conference and training zone closest to the entrance, a common recreational area and holiday cottages at the back of the plot. The parking lot is organized close to the entrance to the plot, so that most of the plot is free of cars. Only technical/emergency access is provided to the cottages. The holiday cottages are designed in two variants. Both variants involve the construction of modules that can be assembled into larger or smaller houses. Small roofs between the trees and a sauna house covered with greenery with space for an outdoor shower and tub have been designed next to the houses. We designed the training and conference building in the only place on the plot that is not wooded.
